KALAMAZOO, MI – October 8, 2020 – SalesPage Technologies LLC announced today the acquisition of Clarity Compliance from Envision Financial Systems. Clarity Compliance is an on-demand mutual fund compliance solution that monitors and assists in the resolution of fund policy violations to facilitate compliance with SEC Rule 22c-2. SalesPage distribution data platforms, SalesPage Enterprise and SalesStation, have historically been systems of record for 22c-2 fulfillment, as they manage and reconcile the various feeds that need to be referenced for compliance reporting. Adding Clarity to the SalesPage platform provides asset managers and service providers with the option to seamlessly bundle an industry-leading 22c-2 solution into their existing environment.
