Our wide-ranging documentation and training can help your team members get the most value from your software.

Documentation

Each project begins with a clear project plan, specifications and design documents. As the project progresses, SalesPage provides a wide variety of documentation. All SalesPage applications include web-based online help, usually customized for the application changes made to meet your needs. The development environment and supporting components for the solution are also fully documented, including installation, configuration and maintenance guides, as well as online help. Reference documentation is available for key APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). As core code changes, these materials are regularly updated.

Training

Technical and administrative personnel typically receive some informal instruction from SalesPage staff as the project progresses and as that information is needed. SalesPage also provides formal, hands-on administrative and development training for the whole solution, so that those responsible for the ongoing life of your SalesPage solution are fully equipped to manage and support it.

SalesPage can provide application training directly to your staff, but in many cases a train-the-trainer model provides better long-term support for your users. With this approach, key client team members are equipped with appropriate training materials and are trained to deliver end-user courses to your staff. The initial training costs are lower and training new employees as they join the organization is much easier.
