Reporting and Analytics

SalesPage Financial provides multiple methods for effectively extracting and reviewing data from your database. These tightly integrated reporting and analytic features help you identify underlying trends, discover new opportunities and perform complex analysis of specific sets of data.

Search

Simple searches can be used to find entities or other information. Whether you're looking for companies, contacts, activities, literature or opportunities, SalesPage Financial delivers. Select the criteria, and then SalesPage Financial searches your database, and returns a list of all matching records.

From search results, you can view details for a single result, print or export a list of the results, or complete tasks for that group—such as sending literature or e-mail or generating custom letters.

Query

Powerful query tools provide more expansive and flexible search options than are available for simple searches, making it easy for you to construct complex data requests to more precisely target the data you're after. Simply pick the data you want to include or exclude and SalesPage Financial retrieves matching records. Just as with simple searches, you can easily view details for found records, print them, export them or complete tasks for some, or all, of the group.

Formal Reports

SalesPage Reports provides seamless integration of SalesPage Financial with standard or custom report templates developed with third-party software. A finely tuned relationship between the SalesPage Financial report templates and selected reporting applications gives you accurate and useful information at scheduled times or on demand.

SalesPage Reports offers an intuitive browser interface, multi-format support, the ability to e-mail results, automated report scheduling, security and the ability to create your own reports.

Business Analytics

Use interactive Business Analytics tools to evaluate your business from every angle. View cubes of data in SalesPage Financial using PivotTables, charts and customized reports. Select specific data parameters to refine your analysis, write ad hoc business analytics queries and store queries and reports. Examine data using online analytical processing (OLAP) tools, which provide an easy way to quickly analyze multi-dimensional information. The ability to perform in-depth evaluation of your data gives true meaning to business intelligence.

Work with any and all of your stored information, from sales and asset information to order history and calendar activity data. Create unlimited views of your data; a convenient drag-and-drop interface lets you add new elements to your analysis, quickly shifting from a client-centric sales report to one that groups sales by region, territory or product line. Review your data from any point of view, including a graphic examination, using available and customizable charts and graphs.

Geographical Analytics

SalesPage Financial allows you to analyze data based on geographic information stored in your database. Geographical Analytics uses your data and either a native or third-party mapping utility to make it easy for you to visualize information about entities on a map and to clearly see the relationships between them. Map a driving route or evaluate concentrations of clients, orders, activities or opportunities.
